Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete records and timely access to accounts and software.
- Review the reports we deliver and tell us promptly about any errors.

Fees and payment
Fees are agreed before work begins. Monthly plans are billed in advance. One-time projects may require a deposit. Late payment may pause services until the account is up to date.

Either party may end a monthly engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Confidentiality
We keep client information confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
Our services depend on the information you provide. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in question during the three months before the claim.
