Your financial data is sensitive. Here is how we protect it.
- Your login, your control. We work through access you grant inside your own accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books). You can remove it at any time.
- No stored bank passwords. We never ask for or store your online banking passwords. Bank feeds are connected by you inside your software.
- Two-factor authentication is enabled on every account we use to access client data.
- Least access. We request only the access level needed for the work.
- Access removed at the end. When an engagement ends, we ask you to remove our user access and we delete working files we no longer need.
- Confidentiality. Client information is never shared or sold.
